FAQ
Currently, we do not offer the option to use the service with your own chest strap.
Kardi Ai is a certified medical device, so all components we use must meet strict regulatory requirements. For this reason, the service can only be used with the chest strap supplied by us.
1) Chest strap size
Select the size based on your chest circumference measured below the breasts. The strap should fit well – it should not be loose, but not too tight either. Thanks to the adjustable mechanism, it easily adapts to your body shape.

2) License duration
Choose your license based on how long you want to monitor your ECG.
Long-term monitoring has proven to be the most effective.
Arrhythmias appear in about a third of our users; half of them are detected within the first 3 months, and the other half between the 3rd and 12th month.
That is why we recommend a longer monitoring period, which significantly increases the chance of catching even rarely occurring arrhythmias.
The license represents the period during which you can use the Kardi Ai app and perform your ECG measurements. You can choose a different license validity period - 3, 6, or 12 months. After the period expires, the license can easily be renewed at any time according to your needs.

If you need advice with choosing or renewing your license, we are gladly at your disposal.
One month before the end of the license, an email with instructions on how to proceed is sent. At the same time, we will contact you ourselves if necessary to verify your satisfaction and help you handle everything comfortably.

If you decide not to renew your license for any reason now, there is no need to return the chest strap. The chest strap is yours; you received it as a personal medical aid, and for hygienic reasons, it is not intended for another person. Simply save it in case you would like to return to monitoring in the future.
Whenever you decide to use the service again, just renew your subscription.
